Batching and Making Ahead
For a big batch, simply multiply the measurements by the number of servings you need.
Here are the measurements to serve 8:
  • 16-24 strawberries
  • 2 cups gin
  • ½ cup lemon juice
  • 3-4 cups tonic water (24-32 ounces)
Muddle the strawberries in the bottom of a large pitcher with a long wooden spoon. Top with gin, lemon juice, and tonic water. Stir very well and pour into glasses filled with ice.
To prep ahead:
Muddle your strawberries and add your gin and lemon juice to a large pitcher and chill in the fridge for up to 1 day in advance. When it’s time to serve, top with the tonic water and give it a really good stir. Serve in glasses filled with ice.
