Brew tea to the package's directions in hot water. If sweetening, add the honey or your favorite sweetener to your taste while the tea is hot.
While tea seeps, froth coconut milk with vanilla.
After the tea has cooled a bit, fill a tall glass with ice and pour the tea over ice - make sure to leave a little headspace at the top of the glass for the cold foam.
Add sliced strawberries and layer the coconut milk foam on top.

How to Make a Cold Foam:Frothing wand method: Add the milk to a jar or cup, turn the frothing wand on, and move the wand up and down until milk has doubled in volume. Glass jar method: Fill a jar halfway with cold milk. Seal tightly. Shake vigorously for until you see the desired frothiness. You are looking for soft peaks of foam to form.French press method: Add your cold milk to an empty French press and plunge the press using short, quick plunges into the milk. Work on it for about 30 seconds or until you see increasing frothiness.Hand mixer/whisk: Use a hand mixer or a whisk in a bowl. Whisk briskly until the milk is frothy and has increased in volume, about 1-2 minutes.Blender or immersion blender: Pour cold milk into a blender. Blend on medium-high speed for about 30 seconds or until the milk is frothy and aerated. Or, use an immersion blender just as you would a frothing wand except use a larger vessel to hold the milk.
