Ingredients

  • Maple syrup
  • Granola (finely crushed)
  • 2 -3 slices fresh peach (plus extra for garnish)
  • 1 ½ ounces whipped cream vodka
  • ½ ounce peach schnapps
  • ½ ounce amaretto
  • ½ ounce lemon juice

Instructions

  • Roll the rim of the cocktail glass in maple syrup followed by the crushed granola. Allow the glass to chill in the fridge while mixing the cocktail.
  • Add the slices of peach to the bottom of an empty cocktail shaker. Muddle the peach slices well until all of their juices are expressed.
  • Add the vodka, peach schnapps, amaretto, lemon juice, and ice. Shake until well chilled.
  • Strain into the chilled martini glass and garnish with an extra slice of peach if desired.

Notes

To serve 8:
  • Maple syrup
  • Granola (finely crushed)
  • 16-24 slices peach (about 2-3 medium peaches, plus extra for garnish)
  • 1 ½ cups whipped cream vodka
  • ½ cup peach schnapps
  • ½ cup amaretto
  • ½ cup lemon juice
Muddle peaches in a large pitcher with a wooden spoon or puree them in a blender.
Add the remaining ingredients to the pitcher and stir.
Chill the mixture in the fridge for up to 1 day in advance; if you don’t have time to chill, shake individual servings with ice and strain into glasses.
Stir well before serving to ensure the ingredients are evenly dispersed.
Rimming tip: pre-rim and chill glasses if space allows in your fridge; otherwise, rim just before serving as the syrup can run down the side of the glass after a while if it is warm where you are serving the drinks.
Extra Tips:
  • No cocktail shaker? No problem - just use a mason jar and a lid. When ready to strain, lift one side of the lid and pour the cocktail through the gap to strain.
  • Smash your granola in a ziplock bag with a rolling pin or pulse in a food processor until finely crushed.
