Elderflower Rosé Wine Spritzer Recipe

Made with St. Germain, rosé wine, and sparkling water, it’s the perfect sipper for when you want something refreshing and crisp!

Ingredients
  

  • 3 ounces rosé wine
  • 1 ounce elderflower liqueur like St-Germain
  • 2 ounces sparkling water
  • Lemon slices and/or edible flowers for garnish optional

Instructions
 

  • Add the rosé wine and elderflower liqueur to a large wine glass filled with ice.
  • Top with the sparkling water and garnish, if desired.

Notes

To serve 8:
  • 1 bottle rosé wine (750 ml)
  • 1 cup elderflower liqueur (like St. Germain)
  • 2 cups sparkling water
  • Lemon slices and/or edible flowers for garnish (optional)
Instructions for a big batch:
  1. Mix the rosé and elderflower liqueur in a large pitcher. Refrigerate until needed. 
  2. Top with sparkling water right before serving.
  3. Garnish or allow guests to garnish if desired.
