Ingredients

  • Caramel sauce for rim
  • Salted, crushed peanuts
  • 1 ounce Espresso (or very strong coffee)
  • 1 ½ ounces Skrewball Peanut Butter Whiskey
  • 4 ounces Chocolate milk of choice
  • ½ ounce Baileys Irish Cream

Instructions

  • Roll rim of a mug in caramel and then dip in crushed peanuts.
  • Add espresso shot and peanut butter whiskey to the mug.
  • Froth chocolate milk and Baileys Irish cream together. (See notes for methods of frothing.)
  • Pour frothed milk and Baileys on top.

Notes

  • To crush peanuts, place the peanuts in a resealable plastic bag and use a rolling pin or heavy object to gently crush them. You can also use a food processor or a mortar and pestle to crush the peanuts to the desired size.
Methods of frothing milk:
  • Steam wand (on an espresso machine): best for hot lattes as it heats and froths at the same time
  • Electric wand frother: can be used to froth either warm or cold milk depending if you want a hot or iced latte.
  • French press method: add your (hot or cold) milk to a French press and plunge the press using short, quick plunges into the milk. Work on it for about 30 seconds or until you see increasing frothiness.
  • Glass jar method: Pour (hot or cold) milk into a glass jar and shake for about 30 second to a minute or until you see desired frothiness.
