This easy cocktail is a vodka-based martini made with triple sec, lemon juice, simple syrup, and of course, sweet, delicious strawberries. It’s super refreshing without being too sweet.
Add the strawberries and simple syrup to a cocktail shaker. Muddle the strawberries until all of their juices are released.
Then add the vodka, triple sec, lemon juice, and ice. Shake until well chilled.
Strain into a martini glass and garnish with an extra strawberry if desired.

Notes
For batch a batch of 8:
16-24 strawberries
½ cup simple syrup
1 ½ cup vodka
½ cup triple sec (preferably Cointreau)
½ cup lemon juice
Muddle the strawberries in the bottom of a large pitcher using a wooden spoon or puree the strawberries in a food processor or blender. Then add the rest of the ingredients. To chill each drink, pour a serving into a cocktail shaker with ice to shake and strain into each martini glass. To make ahead, simply put the pitcher in the fridge up to 1 day in advance. Since it’s already chilled, you don’t have to use the cocktail shaker to chill the drink. Just make sure that you give it a good stir before serving as the strawberry pulp can settle at the bottom. Additional tips:
Use sliced strawberries instead of whole ones to make muddling easier.
For a smooth cocktail, puree the strawberries into a mini food processor and then put the strawberry puree through a fine mesh sieve.
For a sweeter drink, increase the simple syrup. For more tart or sour flavors, increase the lemon juice.
