Notes
For a batch of 8 cocktails:
White chocolate chips, melted
Candy canes, crushed
1 ½ cups peppermint vodka
1 ½ cups coffee liqueur (Kahlúa)
1 ½ cups heavy cream
Whipped cream for topping
If you're making a batch of Peppermint White Russians, try to have the glasses rimmed and ready to go for when your guests arrive. You can mix together the coffee liqueur and peppermint vodka and store it in the fridge for a few days in advance. Have guests add their own cream and whipped cream as you run the risk of the heavy cream curdling when mixed with alcohol, particularly if it's left to sit for an extended period. Plus, guests can add the amount of heavy and/or whipped cream to their liking.
