Peach Mule Recipe

Fresh peaches, zingy lime, whipped cream vodka, and spicy ginger beer come together in a peaches and cream twist on the classic cocktail.

Add the chopped peaches, lime juice, and vodka to a cocktail shaker.
Muddle until the peaches are broken down and juicy. Fill the shaker with ice and shake well until chilled.
Pour into a copper mug (or cocktail glass) filled with fresh ice. (Put through a fine mesh strainer when you add to the mug if you don’t like peach pulp.)
Top with ginger beer, stir gently, and garnish with extra peach slices if desired.
Batch of 8 cocktails:
4 peaches, pits removed (skin optional)
4 ounces lime juice
2 cups whipped cream vodka
3-4 cups ginger beer
Blend the peaches, lime juice, and vodka in a blender.
Strain into a pitcher over ice (or not if you don’t mind peach pulp), and top with ginger beer just before serving.
