Lillet Rosé Tonic Recipe

This cocktail combines the floral and fruity flavors of Lillet Rosé along with zesty lemon and botanical tonic water for a simple and refreshing cocktail.

Ingredients
  

  • 2 ounces Lillet Rosé
  • ½ ounce lemon juice
  • 4 -5 ounces tonic water
  • Lemon wedge and/or fresh mint for garnish (optional)

Instructions
 

  • Add ice to a large wine glass. Add the Lillet Rosé and lemon juice.
  • Top with tonic water and garnish, if desired.

Notes

For a batch of 8:
  • 2 cups Lillet Rosé
  • ½ cup lemon juce
  • 4-5 cups tonic water (32-40 ounces)
  • Lemon wedges and/or fresh mint for garnish (optional)
Mix the Lillet Rosé and lemon juice in a large pitcher and chill until needed up to 1 day in advance. Top with tonic water just before serving. Serve over ice and with garnishes. 
​How to Make Floral Ice
  • Make sure you are buying dried rose petals and/or jasmine that are labeled as edible for human consumption. 
  • Add a few of the dried petals to an ice cube tray. 
  • Top with filtered water and freeze overnight.
  • Once solid you can pop them out of the tray and into a ziploc bag to store in the freezer.
  • Add to cocktails or mocktails whenever you're in the mood!
