Enzoni Cocktail Recipe

This recipe blends the bold bitterness of Campari with gin’s botanicals and the sweet and tart flavors of muddled grapes, lemon, and simple syrup.

Ingredients
  

  • 5 green grapes plus extra for garnish
  • 1 ounce Campari
  • 1 ounce gin
  • ¾ ounce lemon juice
  • ½ ounce simple syrup

Instructions
 

  • Muddle the grapes in the bottom of an empty cocktail shaker.
  • Add the Campari, gin, lemon juice, simple syrup, and ice cubes. Shake until well chilled.
  • Strain into a cocktail glass filled with ice.
  • Garnish with a skewer of green grapes.

Notes

Tips:
  • Try Aperol for a softer flavor.
  • Swapping the green grapes for red grapes for a more robust flavor.
  • Add more simple syrup or lemon juice to make it sweeter or more tart.
  • Add a splash of soda water for a lower-ABV version.
