This recipe blends the bold bitterness of Campari with gin’s botanicals and the sweet and tart flavors of muddled grapes, lemon, and simple syrup.

Muddle the grapes in the bottom of an empty cocktail shaker.
Add the Campari, gin, lemon juice, simple syrup, and ice cubes. Shake until well chilled.
Strain into a cocktail glass filled with ice.
Garnish with a skewer of green grapes.
Tips:
- Try Aperol for a softer flavor.
- Swapping the green grapes for red grapes for a more robust flavor.
- Add more simple syrup or lemon juice to make it sweeter or more tart.
