Ingredients

  • 2 ounces Martini Bianco (or other vermouth blanc)
  • 3 ounces prosecco (dry or brut)
  • 1 ounce soda water (club soda or seltzer)
  • Fresh mint and/or citrus slices for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  • Add the Martini Bianco to a large wine glass filled with ice.
  • Top with prosecco and soda water.
  • Garnish with fresh mint and/or citrus slices, if desired.

Notes

Measurements for 8 Martini Spritz cocktails:
  • 2 cups Martini Bianco
  • 1 bottle of dry or brut prosecco (750 ml bottle)
  • 1 cup soda water (about ⅔ of a 12 ounce can)
  • Fresh mint and citrus slices for garnish (optional)
Tips for batching:
  • Combine all ingredients in a large pitcher and serve immediately over ice.
  • Avoid adding ice to the pitcher or making it in advance as it can get diluted and/or go flat easily. However, you can have everything chilled and ready to add to a pitcher at a moment's notice for easy serving.
