Servings 1 cocktail

Ingredients

  • 1 ½ ounce whipped cream vodka
  • 1 ounce pecan cream liqueur (like Sugarlands Butter Pecan Sippin' Cream)
  • ¼ ounce caramel syrup
  • 1 ounce heavy whipping cream
  • 2-3 whole candied pecans for garnish, optional

Instructions

  • Add vodka, pecan cream liqueur, caramel syrup, and heavy cream to cocktail shaker.
  • Add ice and shake until well chilled.
  • Strain into a cocktail glass.
  • Garnish with candied pecans, if using.

Notes

  • When shaking this cocktail up in a cocktail shaker with ice, add the ice after all the other ingredients to prevent the drink from becoming diluted.

  • Make sure that your whipping cream is very cold - cold whipping cream "whips" better when shaken. It wouldn't be a bad idea to chill your other ingredients as well like the vodka and butter pecan cream liqueur.

  • If you don't have candied pecans for garnish, you can wet the rim of a martini glass and roll in crushed graham crackers before you strain the cocktail into the glass. Or, you can drizzle a little caramel sauce on the inside of the glass before straining.
