If you're a fan of the classic amaretto sour but want something a little different, then the Fizzy Amaretto Sour is the cocktail for you. This fizzy twist on the classic is sure to be a new favorite.

You'll need these ingredients:

Add the amaretto and lemon juice to an empty cocktail shaker.

Tip: always add ice last to the cocktail shaker to prevent excessive dilution.

Add ice and shake until well chilled. Strain into a cocktail glass filled with ice.

Top with soda water and garnish with a lemon wheel and/or cocktail cherries.
