Add the cranberry juice cocktail and blanco tequila to a large pitcher.

Add the fresh lime juice. Attach the bag kit's funnel or syringe to the end of one of the blood bag tubes.

Pour the cranberry margarita mix through the funnel or syringe. The kit will also include clamps, so clamp the end of the tube to prevent spills.

Label each faux blood bag cocktail with the included labels in your kit. Then, chill until ready to serve.
