Add vodka, raspberry liqueur, juices, and edible glitter (if using) to a cocktail shaker. Fill with ice and shake until well chilled.
Strain into a martini glass and top with sparkling rosé.
If desired, smear some red gel icing on plastic vampire teeth and/or on the rim of the glass for garnish.
Notes
To make a batch of 8:
1 ½ cups vodka
1 cup raspberry liqueur (recommended Chambord)
½ cup lime juice
2 cup 100% cranberry juice
1-2 large pinches edible glitter (optional)
1 bottle (750 ml) dry sparkling rosé wine to top
Red gel icing for garnish (optional)
Instructions for a batch of 8:
Combine the vodka, raspberry liqueur, lime juice, and cranberry juice in a large pitcher or bowl. Add the edible glitter, if using.
Stir well to mix and chill until ready to use. You can make this base up to one day in advance.
When you're ready to serve, pour the base into individual glasses and top each with sparkling rosé.
Don't add the sparkling rosé until ready to serve to prevent it from going flat.
You can opt to sprinkle edible glitter in the individual glasses or in the pre-made batch - it just may have to be stirred just prior to serving as the glitter may settle at the bottom.
