2 ouncesbrewed Chai tea(cooled - can be sweetened or unsweetened to taste)
1tablespooncream of coconut(coconut cocktail syrup - NOT coconut cream)
Grated nutmeg and/or fresh pineapple wedge for garnish(optional)
Instructions
Pre-step: Freeze the coconut milk in an ice cube tray overnight or until solid.
Add 3 coconut milk ice cubes, all of the juices, cooled tea, and cream of coconut (syrup) to the bowl of a blender. You can add a handful or two of regular ice here if you want a thicker drink.
Blend until completely smooth and no lumps remain.
Pour into a cocktail glass and garnish with nutmeg and/or a pineapple wedge, if desired.
Notes
**Important: Cream of coconut is a cocktail syrup and does NOT refer to canned coconut cream. Cream of coconut can be found in the cocktail mixers section of the grocery store. To make a batch of 8 mocktails:
3 cups canned coconut milk
2 cups pineapple juice
1 cup orange juice
½ cup lime juice
2 cups brewed and cooled Chai tea (sweetened to taste)
½ cup cream of coconut (cocktail syrup)
Grated nutmeg and 8 wedges of pineapple for garnishes, optional

Add the juices, cooled tea, and cream of coconut (cocktail syrup) to a blender and blend until completely smooth.
Pour into cocktail glasses and garnish with nutmeg and/or fresh pineapple, if desired.
