Strawberry Elderflower Mocktail Fizz with Mint

This Strawberry Elderflower Mocktail Fizz is made with mint, strawberries, lime juice, and elderflower cordial (syrup). You’ll love the irresistible combination of sweet, tart, floral, and effervescent bubbles in this elderflower-based mocktail recipe.

Ingredients
  

  • 3-4 leaves fresh mint
  • 3-4 small strawberries sliced
  • 1 ounce lime juice
  • ½ ounce elderflower syrup
  • 4 ounces sparkling water
  • Extra lime slices and/or fresh mint (optional)

Instructions
 

  • Muddle mint, berries, lime juice, and elderflower syrup together in a glass.
  • Add ice cubes and top with sparkling water. 
  • Gently stir, moving the spoon up and down to evenly distribute the flavor. 
  • Garnish with lime slices and mint, if using. 

Notes

To make a batch of 8 Strawberry Elderflower Mocktails, you’ll need:
  • 24 mint leaves
  • 24 strawberries, sliced
  • ½ cup elderflower syrup
  • 1 cup lime juice
  • 3-4 cups sparkling water
  • Extra lime slices and mint for garnish, optional
Instructions for big batch of 8:
  • Use a pitcher that can hold at least 64 ounces and add your mint, strawberries, and elderflower syrup.
  • Muddle the mint, strawberries, and elderflower syrup with a large wooden spoon until most of the strawberries are smashed. 
  • Top with lime juice. If you’re making ahead, stop here and chill for up to 24 hours. 
  • Add the sparkling just before serving and stir well. 
  • Garnish if desired.
