Wild Berry Chambord Spritz Cocktail Recipe

This Wild Berry Chambord Spritz Cocktail is made with Chambord black raspberry liqueur that is topped off with dry sparkling wine (prosecco or champagne), seltzer water, and fresh wild berries.

Ingredients
  

  • 2 ounces Chambord liqueur
  • 3 ounces prosecco or champagne (dry or brut style)
  • 1 ounce seltzer water
  • Fresh blackberries and/or raspberries for garnish (optional)

Instructions
 

  • Add the Chambord liqueur to a large wine glass filled with ice.
  • Top with sparkling wine, seltzer water, and berries if using.
  • Gently stir to distribute well.

Notes

Ingredients for 8 cocktails
  • 2 cups Chambord black raspberry liqueur 
  • 1 bottle prosecco or Champagne (dry or brut style, 750 ml bottle)
  • 1 cup seltzer water
  • Fresh blackberries and/or raspberries for garnish, optional
 
Instructions for 8 cocktails
  • Add the Chambord to a large pitcher that can hold at least 50 ounces.
  • Add the sparkling wine, seltzer, and berries, if using.
  • Pour into ice filled cocktail glasses when ready to serve. 
 
To make ahead, you can add the Chambord and fresh berries to the pitcher and chill until ready to serve. Add the sparkling wine and seltzer just prior to serving to prevent the spritz from going flat.
