ounce
brie cheese wheel
2-4
heaping tablespoons
fig jam
4
fresh figs
sliced
1-2
drizzle
honey
1-2
sprigs
fresh rosemary
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees
Score the wheel of brie in diagonal lines, then again in the opposite direction making a crisscross pattern.
Top with fig jam and bake for about 10-12 minutes in a baking dish lined with parchment paper.
Layer fresh fig slices on top of hot cheese and drizzle with honey.
Add rosemary for garnish, if using. Serve with crackers, fruit, nuts, sliced bread, etc.
Notes
Tips:
Using parchment paper to line the baking dish will make it easier to move the hot cheese from the baking dish to your serving platter.
Scoring the cheese will help the fig jam and honey to seep into the brie wheel.
