Ingredients

  • 8 ounce brie cheese wheel
  • 2-4 heaping tablespoons fig jam
  • 4 fresh figs sliced
  • 1-2 drizzle honey
  • 1-2 sprigs fresh rosemary

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees
  • Score the wheel of brie in diagonal lines, then again in the opposite direction making a crisscross pattern.
  • Top with fig jam and bake for about 10-12 minutes in a baking dish lined with parchment paper.
  • Layer fresh fig slices on top of hot cheese and drizzle with honey.
  • Add rosemary for garnish, if using. Serve with crackers, fruit, nuts, sliced bread, etc.

Notes

Tips:
  • Using parchment paper to line the baking dish will make it easier to move the hot cheese from the baking dish to your serving platter.
  • Scoring the cheese will help the fig jam and honey to seep into the brie wheel.
