White Chocolate Raspberry Cake

This White Chocolate and Raspberry Cake is the perfect sweet loaf cake! The caramelized white chocolate paired with the tart sweetness of the raspberries makes this recipe a keeper! 

Flour, Baking Powder, Salt

Greek Yogurt,  Milk

Ingredients

Sugar

Vegetable oil

Eggs

Vanilla

White Chocolate

Fresh  Raspberries

Mix together dry ingredients

And then, mix together the wet ingredients.

Dust the berries with flour to prevent them from sinking in the batter and making the bottom of the cake soggy. 

Mix together wet and dry ingredients. Then fold in raspberries and white chocolate chips.

Pour into a greased loaf pan and bake for 60-75 minutes at 350 degrees. 

Allow to cool before slicing.
