Whiskey Pomegranate liqueur (or juice) Simple syrup Lemon juice Egg white
Fill a cocktail shaker with ice and add bourbon, pomegranate liqueur/juice, simple syrup, lemon juice, and egg white.
Shake until the entire shaker is cold, about 20 seconds.
Strain the cocktail through a fine-mesh strainer into a coupe or martini glass. Garnish with lemon and serve.
