Hibachi Shrimp Stir Fry

This hibachi style shrimp stir fry recipe is based on American Japanese steakhouse food. Shrimp and vegetables are sautéed in soy sauce with fried rice and drizzled with creamy yum yum sauce.

Soy Sauce Zucchini Onion Egg Peas and carrots Cooked Rice
Make yum yum sauce by mixing together the mayo, ketchup, garlic powder, paprika.
Stir fry shrimp with butter and soy sauce. Remove from pan and set aside.
Use same skillet to stir fry onion and zucchini in butter and soy sauce. Set aside with shrimp.
Using same skillet, scramble an egg in butter. Add cooled rice and frozen peas and carrots. Add soy sauce and finishing stir frying.
Assemble by layering fried rice, vegetables, and shrimp. Drizzle with yum yum sauce.
