This St. Germain Vodka Sour is a deliciously smooth and refreshing cocktail that combines the floral notes of elderflower liqueur with tangy lemon juice, sweet simple syrup, and a frothy egg white.

You need these ingredients:

Add vodka and St Germain elderflower liqueur, lemon juice, simple syrup, and egg white to an empty cocktail shaker.

Shake well (without ice, called a "dry shake"). Then add ice and shake again. Strain into a cocktail glass.

Garnish with edible flowers or lemon slice, if desired.
