Sparkling New Year's Eve Champagne Jello Shots

Ring in the New Year with these sparkling champagne jello shots and topped with edible glitter. They're a twist on a classic French 76 in jello shot form. They are sure to add a touch of glamour to your celebration.

Ingredients needed:


Add the gelatin, vodka, and some of the champagne to a heatproof bowl. Set aside.

Add the sugar, and rest of the champagne to a small saucepan. 

Add the lemon juice to the pan. Bring to a simmer (not boiling)  and make sure the sugar is dissolved. 

Add the hot mixture to the gelatin mixture and whisk until gelatin is completely dissolved. 

Pour the liquid into little plastic cups and refrigerate for at least 3 hours. 

After chilled, sift edible gold glitter over top and serve.
