These Air Fryer Smashed Potatoes are super crispy, crunchy, and easy to make.  Smashing them helps increase the surface area, which equals extra crispy potatoes.

Baby potatoes Light-tasting olive oil Garlic powder Dried dill Salt/pepper


Boil potatoes for 20 minutes. Drain and toss hot potatoes with oil and seasonings.

Once slightly cooled, press down on each potato with a heavy bottomed glass. Then air fry and serve!
