Lillet Rosé and Tonic with Floral Ice

This Lillet Rosé and Tonic Cocktail is made with Lillet Rosé, zesty lemon, and botanical tonic water, all poured over homemade floral ice. It’s the perfect refreshing cocktail for spring or summer!

Ingredients needed:

Optional pre-step: Make floral ice by freezing dried edible flowers in ice cube trays overnight.

Add ice to a large wine glass and add the Lillet Rosé.

Add the lemon juice to the glass and top with tonic water. 

Garnish with a lemon wedge and/or fresh mint, if desired.
