How to Make a Midori Sour

Learn how to make a Midori Sour with this simple and easy recipe. A perfect blend of sweet Midori melon liqueur and tart citrus juice for a vibrant and refreshing cocktail.

Ingredients:

Raw egg whites are generally pretty safe in cocktails.  For extra precaution, you can buy pasteurized egg whites in a carton.

If that still doesn't interest you or you want a vegan option, use 2-3 tablespoons of the liquid from canned chickpeas in place of the egg whites.

Add all of the ingredients to an empty cocktail shaker and shake without ice.

After shaking without ice, add ice, and shake again until well chilled.

Stain into your cocktail glass and garnish with a citrus slice (dried or fresh).
