Cilantro Garlic Grilled Chicken Wings

These grilled chicken wings are marinaded in tequila, garlic, cilantro, honey, and lime juice. For a sweet, savory, sour, and smoky taste from the grill - they're perfect for any grill out or picnic.

Step 1: Into a large baking dish, add zest and juice of 1 lime, salt, green Tabasco, honey, and tequila.

Step 2: Marinate the wings for at least 1 hour - ideally overnight.

Step 3: Preheat grill to 350 degrees. Grill wings for about 10 minutes, and then flip cooking until temp registers 165 degrees.

Step 4: Remove wings to serving platter. Sprinkle with additional pinch of salt and a few extra dashes of Tabasco to taste.

Step 5: Garnish with cilantro and lime wedges. Serve immediately.

The flavors blend well to give similar flavors as margaritas - sweet, sour, salty, and a punch of tequila.

These would make a great addition to any BBQ or Father's Day!
