Baked Brie with Fig Jam and Honey

This baked brie with fig jam and honey recipe is the perfect easy Thanksgiving appetizer. Gooey brie cheese with sweet figs and honey are a real crowd pleaser that only takes 15 minutes to make!

Ingredients needed:

Step 1: Preheat oven, meanwhile, score the wheel of brie with diagonal lines to make a criss-cross pattern. 

Expert Tip:  Using parchment paper to line the baking dish will make it easier to move the hot cheese from the baking dish to your serving platter.

Step 2: Top brie with fig jam and bake for 10-12 minutes.

Step 3: Remove from oven and top with fresh fig slices, honey, and a rosemary sprig. 

Step 4: Serve with crackers, sliced bread, fruit, nuts, etc.
