Easy Crab Cakes in the  Air Fryer


Air Fryer Crab Cakes

These Air Fryer Crab Cakes are everything you want and more in a crab cake - lots of meat, little filler. It's an easy dinner idea and will be one of your new favorite air fryer recipes.

Step 1: Preheat the air fryer. Whisk egg, mayo, mustard, Worcestershire sauce, Old Bay, lemon juice, and salt together in a bowl. 

Step 2: Add parsley, crab meat, bread crumbs, green onion, red pepper, and capers. Mix gently. 

Step 3: Form into 8 patties - press together just enough for the patties to stick together. 

Step 4: Cook in air fryer for 7 minutes, flip patties, and cook for an additional 5 minutes. 

Step 5: Serve warm with lemon slices and your favorite dipping sauce, if desired.
