Upside Down Strawberry Banana Pancakes

These sweet and fruity Upside Down Strawberry Banana Pancakes will be your new favorite breakfast. The caramelized fruit on the bottom of the pancakes adds a delicious twist to this classic breakfast.

Ingredients needed:

-all-purpose flour -sugar -baking powder -milk -eggs -vanilla extract -strawberries and bananas -favorite toppings

Whisk together dry ingredients. 

In a separate bowl, whisk the wet ingredients. Then, combine wet and dry. 

Add batter to a hot skillet with butter. Layer the sliced fruit in a single layer in the batter. 

Flip and cook other side of pancake. Repeat with rest of batter and sliced fruit. 

Serve warm with your favorite pancake toppings!
