Delicious Chicken Marsala Meatballs

Enjoy the rich and savory flavors of these Chicken Marsala Meatballs, made with tender ground chicken and earthy mushrooms in a marsala wine sauce. This dish is an easy dinner idea to try tonight!

You'll need: Mushrooms Olive oil Ground chicken Egg Panko breadcrumbs Grated Parmesan Garlic powder Onion powder Salt and pepper Marsala wine Chicken stock

Sauté finely chopped mushrooms in olive oil until liquid evaporates.

Combine ground chicken, egg, breadcrumbs, Parmesan, spices, and sautéed mushrooms. Form the meatballs. 

Bake meatballs and make marsala sauce. 

Toss meatballs with sauce and parsley.
