Coconut Shrimp Taco Recipe with  Honey Lime Slaw

These Air Fryer Coconut Shrimp Tacos are everything you want and more.  Warm, crunchy, sweet, and a little sour – paired with a Honey-Lime Slaw.

Shredded cabbage Pineapple Cilantro Lime juice Apple cider vinegar Honey Shrimp Flour and panko Egg Coconut flakes Sweet chili sauce Tortillas


Make the slaw by combining cabbage, pineapple, and cilantro.


Followed by making a slaw dressing with the lime juice, vinegar, salt, and honey.

Toss dresssing with cabbage mixture to marinate.

Coat shrimp in flour, eggs, panko, and coconut flakes.


Air fry for ~5 minutes.

Toss shrimp with sweet chili sauce.

Assemble tacos by layering tortilla shells with slaw and coated shrimp.
