Citrus White Lady Cocktail

Looking for a citrusy and smooth cocktail? Try this Citrus White Lady recipe, made with cointreau, gin, triple sec, egg white, and a burst of citrus. It's a refreshing and zesty cocktail recipe.


Raw egg whites are generally pretty safe in cocktails.  For extra precaution, you can buy pasteurized egg whites in a carton. 

If that still doesn't interest you or you want a vegan option, you can substitute 2-3 tablespoons of the liquid from canned chickpeas (aka aquafaba).

Add the gin, triple sec, lemon juice, simple syrup, and egg whites to an empty cocktail shaker.

Shake the ingredients without ice. This is called a "dry shake". Then, add ice.

Shake again with the ice, then strain into a cocktail glass. 

Garnish with a citrus twist.
