Brussels Sprouts Salad with Farro and Citrus

These brussels sprouts are roasted until crisp and tossed with citrus wedges and a lemon vinaigrette dressing. It can be served warm or cold and is equally delicious.

Farro Brussels sprouts Olive oil Lemon juice Dijon mustard Orange or grapefruit Salt and pepper

Step 1: Roast the brussels sprouts until super crispy

Step 2: Mix the lemon vinaigrette 

Step 3: Toss it all together and serve!
